Draft framework for how NumerX will describe collection, use, storage and user controls for personal data.
Scope
This draft covers the Anvay NumerX web/PWA service operated for the NumerX product. Final controller identity, addresses, effective date and jurisdiction-specific notices must be completed before launch.
Data categories
- Account and contact information, when authentication is introduced.
- DOB/profile information voluntarily supplied for NumerX calculations.
- Saved report and subscription metadata where the user enables those services.
- Security, diagnostics and minimal service-operation logs.
Use and safeguards
Personal data should be used only for delivering, securing and improving the requested NumerX service, subject to the final reviewed policy and consent/legal-basis design. Dedicated NumerX storage, row-level access controls and retention rules must be reviewed before staging.
User controls
- Access and correction flows where applicable.
- Account/report deletion controls.
- Consent and communication preference controls where applicable.
- A documented support route for privacy requests.
